Add watcher compatible QC notebook (#50)

* Add watcher compatible QC notebook

* Update QC extraction to run either with notebook or by watcher

* Assure fovs are sorted in the correct order

* Clarify comment about multiple FOV support (but vast majority of cases will be single FOV)

* Remove unnecessary imports and test on other tiny_bin_files

* Clarify comments

* Ensure compatibility with visualization

* Update QC extraction process to revamped design doc

* Remove .DS_Store

* Remove walrus operator comment

* Remove low contrast warning when running imsave

* Need to add fov sort to notebook

* Remove sort: combine_qc_metrics will do that for us already

* Loop over each metric and add a function to sort fov bin files

* Add test for bad bin_file_path provided to combine_qc_metrics

* Clarify that the fovs passed into the sort function only need to be prefixed with the name (may contain suffixes after)

* Remove qc graph generation flag and list FOVs by bin file name instead

* Update notebook comment to match variable name

* Remove notebook comment

* Remove comment about sorting the fovs (not done in notebook)

* More comment fixes
