Add support for HTTP/2

Add support for running the server using HTTP/2. Undertow
supports HTTP/2 but sadly Simple does not.

Server startup now accepts `ServerOption`s at startup, with
the only option being HTTP/2 right now.

Note: Server won't complain if the server option is not supported,
it will simply ignore it.
