Merge pull request #82 from shakacode/change-linters-default

Linters are no longer the default.

Because we do not have automated linter tests for the generated results at the moment, the generators were producing linter configs that would actually fail the generated build. 

Plans in the future will be to implement automated linting of example generator results every time we change the generators. We can then fix any issues failing the build, and re-implement javascript linters by default. Ruby linters will be split into their own generator and will not be enabled by default. Again, this is the plan for the future, right now simply all linters are off by default.
