Restore original Filesystem adapter

It's still deprecated!
However, it shouldn't be a wrapper over Flysystem (which is going
to be replacing Filesystem adapter) because that adds the requirement
of having league/flysystem.
Existing Scrapbook Filesystem dependants may not yet have that
dependency, in which case it'll unexpectedly break.
