Test recent fix to setting, ONLY SEND AGGREGATE COVERAGE UPDATES TO SCM. Comment out one test to lower text coverage %. Just making unrelated changes to trigger build and see if API status updates are sent for ONLY the build (correct), or also for JOB (incorrect).
