DEC-626:
-Migrated all of the site setup forms. Additionally changed the behavior to redirect back to the form that was being edited on update. Previously when this was an exhibits action, it would redirect back to the top form.
-Had to make a change to save_honeypot_image to use the object id when it did not have a collection method (as in the case of when the object itself is a collection). This isn't directly related to this feature, but found the problem when testing the forms.
-Copyright is not being migrated to the new side nav, but I went ahead and tested all the stuff behind it to make sure it would be easy to readd.
