Refactor subscribe() to return Observer object

Observable::subscribe() now returns an object with an unsubscribe() method. This method now takes three callbacks: one for emitted values, on for emitted errors, and one for completion.

Shuffled order of parameters given to producer callable.

Calling $error no longer completes the observable, but just emits an error. $complete must be called to actually complete the observable.
