DS-3563 Handle empty cases in Sum (#4)

Use Use SumEmptyHandling() in place of Sum() for cases where the object being summed can be empty and we wish to return a value of 0.

PriceSensitivityMeter: picked up two cases where sum() had not been replaced with Sum().
Retention: Use SumEmptyHandling when summing revenue over churn, where churn could be empty.
Subscribers: Use when summing filtered values.
