* Finish MyPage

* fix each containers' css margin for docker environment compatibility (0 -> 0px), set WorkObject to render score as 2 decimal points float, modify button style in WorkDetail/Board/MyReview, change css style of Board and MyReview to make title have fixed width (to omit overflow with '...'), and added page title on Board and MyReviews since they were identicall except the classNames of html elements and url

* remove duplicated vertical-align: top

* newline character at BoardReview.css, default score 0 for WorkObject
