Defect/morerobustindexmatching (#100)

* Addressing defect regarding index matching

The logic used to find matching indexes (used by `.match()` and `.find()` broke down if a PK has more than one composite attribute. It did not consider whether or not an index had fulfilled it's PK or not when deciding on an index.

* Adding test for untested exception case

* Removing debug code

* Polish prior to release

* Updates to coverage deps
