1.devtracker.rb - limited the number of returned projects' list to 10
2.public/stylesheets/main.css - added loading spinner styles for the ajax call
3.views/countries/projects.html.erb - updated the code to return the total number of projects under the target country.
4.views/layouts/layout.erb - used the jquery version 1.9.0 instead of the older version.
5.views/partials/_project_list.html.erb - added the js codes for making the ajax calls on generating projects' list.
6.public/images/ajax-loader.gif - this is the animated ajax loader
7.public/javascripts/jquery.simplePagination.js - this is the plugin that's being used for the pagination.
8.public/stylesheets/simplePagination.css - this is the stylesheet required for the simplePagination to work.
