Add geometry visual tests for cutting geometries

The goal of this new test suite is to keep a log of how geometries are
cut into vector tiles. The process follows the following steps:

-> input geojson
-> create map with geojson as datasource
-> cut vector tile at 5 different extents
-> render the vector tile at 3 different simplification distances
-> create one version with strictly_simple true and one without
-> take the resulting vector tile and convert back to geojson
-> compare that geojson to the existing geojson

In the future, this test suite should cut the vector tiles at actual
z/x/y coordinates, and possibly provide visual cues for changes in the
resulting geometries
