Commit Message

Modify telnet server and switch the default port to 8023

Simplified the behavior of the telnet server by using Python's SocketServer library. Similar to Ruby-WikipediaBase, we're not binding sockets and are closing the connection after returning an answer. We might revisit this later on if speed is an issue.
