fix(discussionAPI) : debugging some mistakes and response comment list

 foreign key와 foreign key의 primary key field를 혼동하는 실수 여러 개 수정.
 discussion comment의 추가, 삭제, 수정 시 그 discussion의 전체 comment list를
 응답으로 주기로 되어 있었지만 업데이트 된 comment만 주는 것으로 되어 있었음.
 전체 comment list를 주는 것으로 수정.
