Reduce the number of time windows to 5

The forever and year document have been removed from
the time windows. Since forever would mean having to
keep track of all resource instances no matter how
long they've been active, these documents will
continue to complicate the partitioning scheme of
the dbs.

For the year window, a year query can easily be
done by querying the past 12 months. Duplicating
the yearly data for a slightly simpler query for
a single case does not seem worth keeping the
data there in every document.
