adjust .travis.yml for spec/dummy-react-013
add spec/dummy-react-013/client/node_modules and generated_bundle to .gitignore
Removed esprima-fb, work on tests
Add NODE_ENV=production to travis.yml for npm install
fix duplicate inline npm install within travis.yml
Add --no-optional to npm install travis.yml
Update travis.yml to install app version of node
Add node 4.2.0 and npm latest install to travis.yml
Change node version to 4.2.0 for package.json's.
npm install and npm shrinkwrap.
Update travis.yml to remove --no-optional from npm install
