Add support for Common Lisp block comments

* lispy.el (lispy-newline-and-indent-plain): Fix behavior after CL block comments.
(lispy--bounds-comment): Work for CL block comments.
(lispy--beginning-of-comment): Add `comment-beginning' so that CL block
comments work.

These changes make "C-," (`lispy-kill-at-point') and
"M-m" (`lispy-mark-symbol') work with CL block comments.

Note that these comments are still not recommended: the highlighting for
them is slow and you're not in special when at start of comment.
