Improve sanitized representations of DNS labels

This improves the sanitized representation of DNS labels, which was
introduced with cfaf45a84103 ("Sanitize DNS labels (and names) in
toString()"), by using more unicode characters, like Unicode Control
Pictures, as substitutes.
