Make rails 3.2 and 4.0 specs run on ruby 2.2

Rails 3.2 is not supported anymore[1]. Was accepted a PR to make Rails 3.2 works
with Ruby 2.2[2]. if there are other yet-to-be-found incompatibilities on Rails
3.2, the Rails team won't be making a release to address them.
