add_labels_in_df: label rename functionality

You can provide a dictionary that maps old label names to new. When old
name is encountered in the base image, dockerfile, or the label
dictionary passed to the plugin, label with the new name and same value
is also added. Example:

Original Dockerfile:

FROM fedora
LABEL Authoritative_Registry="http://example.org"

Rename dictionary:

{"Authoritative_Registry": "authoritative-scope"}

Resulting Dockerfile:

FROM fedora
LABEL Authoritative_Registry="http://example.org"
LABEL authoritative-source="http://example.org"

Technically not a rename since the original label remains.
