Commit Message

Turn the errors into a bitfield

Makes it easier to do things like $error & TIMEOUT to check either read
or connect timeouts.

Also don't have a "package" declaration for it because IIRC PAUSE will
try to index it and it'll look ugly on metacpan.org.

Also add a timeout example to the POD.
