* Do not cache json reference tokens in SourceMap

* Modified to remove dependency on maving a SourceMap for InterfaceConverter to work correctly. Made the default SourceMap now to be a NullSourceMap during runtime, this can be modified by anyone who wants debugging support turned back on. Reverted SourceMap to it's original code to support anyone who needs debugging support and is willing to take on the overhead associated with it. Two Resource unit tests were dependent on SourceMap, so they've been modified to have a SourceMap so they can continue to function.

* revert changes to tests.uischema

* Clear token cache if changes are detected so we don't pick up old cached values.

* Update to name tuple values returned so they can be used by name later in the code.
