Auto-refresh highlighted feature on zoom level change. The key is to request the feature highlight image, not only on change of active feature selection xml, but also on change of view (if we have active feature selection xml). Also only request for this highlight image if we have no busy workers (ie. No active rendering operations). If we have busy workers, postpone via setTimeout and repeat until we have 0 busy workers.
