add allow_origin config to check origin header

WebSocket handshakes provide a minor security check, like CORS does for
Ajax: The `Origin` header. By providing an `allow_origin` configuration
key, we can ensure that users are connecting only from where we believe
they should be.

This is really easy to spoof, so this isn't a comprehensive security
measure.
