Commit Message

Provides the ability to delete old aliased indexes after a
rebuild as opposed to leaving them around. Controlled by
a new settings value, ELASTICSEARCH_DELETE_OLD_INDEXES,
which defaults to False so as to maintain compatibility
with current behavior.
