AppDV: Expose column attrs in templates via [% r.column_info.<COL>..

Finally got around to exposing column attrs (like 'header') to AppDV
templates. This allows inline of the header: editor like:

[%- r.column_info.mycol.header -%] : [%- r.autofield.mycol -%]

This 'column_info' method works just like autofield, except it returns
the $Column object which can then access any of the attrs in it
(although header is by far the most useful)

Also disabled automatically appending of rel paths on column headers
for DbicDV modules (still defaults to tru for grids and other modules)
