DEC-497:
-Created a GoogleCreatorMixin that allows specifying a filename and mime type for the google doc and handles the common pieces such as auth and interacting with the gapi to create the file. For now it requires defining a fileCreated and getFileData method in the destination react component. I may modify this to allow the caller to pass custom callbacks on the initial load call.
-Created a GoogleExportButton that uses the new mixin. For now it just prints the file to the console. Eventually it will do something similar to the picker button and send the file name to the honeycomb server for processing.
