AppDV css rules hook/use new store "api" (crud actions) class/flags

DataStorePlus now adds special CSS classes to the main element for
each missing crud/api action in the store (in store.api):

  * ra-dsapi-deny-create
  * ra-dsapi-deny-read
  * ra-dsapi-deny-update
  * ra-dsapi-deny-destroy

These are simple flags (like the ra-dsbtn classes) but are now used
by AppDV to disable dispaly of controls that are not available. Note
that these controls were already correctly *functionally* disabled,
but there were still cases where the element would still display,
but not do anything.
