Release 1.1.8:

* Add :literal_shorthand option to writer, defaulting to `true`. Set to `false` to not use literal shorthands for numbers and booleans.
* Collect errors and warnings in Reader instance variables, if :errors and/or :warnings options are set.
* Don't resolve absolute IRIs. See https://gist.github.com/RubenVerborgh/39f0e8d63e33e435371a.
* Updated hand-written Turtle parser with about 300% better performance.
