Add multilingual behavior

For this generator to work the Hexo configuration must specify more
than one language, posts should have alternate language versions and
categories should be easy to infer. It's best if there's at least one
post in each category that only has that one category listed in its
categories variable. It can also work in other complex scenarios where
all posts have multiple categories, but not all share the same
alternate categories.

This is part of #1.
