Managed Identity (MSI) + Single Tenant support for Bot apps (#5829)

* Managed service Identity: rough structure / classes (does not compile yet!)

* Fix build break.

* Add support for MSI.

* Add support for SingleTenant and remove tenant id injection from ICredentialProvider.

* Add the bot tenant as a valid JWT token issuer.

* Revert change to ServiceClientCredentialsFactory.

* Add custom HttpClient and Logger to MSI authenticator.

* Config validations.

* unit tests

* Fix build break.

* Addressed PR feedback.

* Remove private static field _tokenValidationParameters and made it to be a local variable where it is being used.
