add share UI and workflow

- remove Django Project entity from ProjectViewSet responses, this
  prevents us from using it as an API properly. Instead, use the JS view
  model to render server-side data. Data flow should be server-side ->
  client side data stores, and then into the page. (more on this later
  as I'm planning to refactor the entire app to ReactJS / Reflux after
  the conference is over)
- added naive client-side ProjectModel.refresh() that retrieves the
  given project's JSON representation from the server and brutally
  updates itself
- share button shows the form but isn't really doing anything yet. still
  need to wire up the back end and add some detail pages for the
  AnalysisOutputs
