BlockTitle and parsing coverage

- Bumped version to 0.0.16
- Fixed empty input line cursor padding to match when there is some
  content present
- Added BlockTitle component for pretty game titles inspired by cfonts
  package
- Added tests for the above
- Increased coverage on parsers
- Fixed TextParameter parser being too greedy with white-spaces which
  prevented sequencing it with other params parsers
- Added warning comment about repeating optional parser to
  LowLevelParser
- Added warning about ignored parser when or-ing optional parser
- Fixed Repetition parser infinite loop when the first result was
  non-moving success
