add post processing

use case: in a numerator/denominator situation, you want an item to count
for the numerator only if it counts for the denominator
With post processing, you can define numerator as the set of cases
that are in both _numerator and denominator; this will be returned
in the set like any normal emitter

if the counts are low (numerator, denominator < 10 or so), then this
isn't that inefficient
