Keyword docs, onTerminalMounted, failure msgs

- Changed useEffect of Output firing every render to only fire on mount using depedencies
  array. It was causing endless loop with the new terminal mounting
  callback
- Added documentation for keywords and keyword groups to Commands.md page
- Cleaning up Commands.md page
- Added IGash.onTerminalMounted event for intro message and mentioned it
  in couple of places in comments
- Added tests for the above
- Added couple tests for errors in GashImp.parseLineCommands
- Bumped version to 0.0.13
