Fix 'Useless bare catch' via TT (lost exceptions) - @ribasushi++

Fixed the long-standing problem of exception messages thrown via
Template::Controller processing being lost and bubbling up with crazy
and non-helpful Try::Tiny::Catch/Useless bare catch() messages. It
turned out to be a simple case of a missing use namespace::clean in
the Context subclass. Huge thanks to @ribasushi for figuring this out
