Commit Message

Added crypto.py which will store all cryptography-related procedures.

+ Added crypto.py
  + uses python 'cryptography' package
  + will be the accessor to Windows Credential Vault (or other OS-specific manager) via keyring.
  + contains encryption and decryption helper functions
  + ***does not re-implement any crypto***
  + will handle the password vault, maybe?
