Add pull info for container images

This commit introduces all needed info onto container image push items
in order to pull images by digest or tag and to deal with the multiple
available media types. It is relatively complex and involves the
addition of several new public classes.

The approach taken here is to expose all tags & manifest digests
through which an image can be reached, including media types where
possible, and let the caller decide which one they want.
I have tested this against Pub to verify that all required info is
available.
