Commit Message

Create working directory if it doesn't exist

Since we changed to a different default working directory in a06e3134
unit tests have been failing in environments where daliuge has never
been run before, due to the missing working directory when changing into
it. The fix is trivial: we ensure the directory exists before switching
into it.
