Graph widget: validate JSON loaded skeletons asynchronously

This makes the loading time appear faster as the widget becomes
interactive more quickly. Also, a different API endpoint is now used to
validate skeleton IDs, which is faster than the neuronnames endpoint
used before.

This also improves deep link based graph widget initialization time,
because this uses JSON to store the layout, etc.
