Script to build and run home assistant and Iot test environment (#346)

Two scripts: one to install and run Home Assistant with a fixed
testing configuration (with fixed credentials), and one to upload
virtual devices for testing.

The virtual devices are defined in a virtual-devices.json file
in the eval/ directory of each org.thingpedia.iot device.

The test scripts have been updated to load the fixed Home Assistant
credentials before running any test.
