idlib.Pio._get_data and .data hack to use go.protocols.io/api/v1

we can get the user jwt and get the metadata we need without requiring
the user to go through the extremely error prone steps required to get
an api key and put it in the right place, we then save the cached data
again out of band cached using the uri api int as the input for the
cache hash value, all around dirty approach, we can probably move the
go api out to its own implementation and use it elsewhere as well
