Major changes to the grammar generation to support grammar models that include optional elements and also elements with choices. Options are indicated by [] and choices by <>. For example, 'Dear [<Mr. | Miss | Mrs.>] {Name}' would allow for the option of using a prefix and it would allow for 3 different prefixes to be used. This would generate 4 distinct versions of the model when expanded, each one of which will be bound to the topic values for Name.
