update: Updated deprecated dependency for React Native (#666)

## Summary
`Datafile Manager` and `Event Processor` packages use `@react-native-community/async-storage` to support datafile and event caching in React Native Mobile Apps. This package is deprecated and moved to `@react-native-async-storage/async-storage`. This PR updates this dependency in both the packages.

## Test plan
- Updated all unit tests
- Manually tested thoroughly with both iOS and Android React Native Apps
