Commit Message

Add usage aggregator integration and performance test

End to end test for usage aggregator. Use the same for performance
measurements. Run npm run itest -- -h for more details.

Supports a plan, a space and a consumer level aggregations. Need to
enhance it to support more than one plan, space, and consumer.
