Don't update the textarea on load, only when elements got edited, #92

If you are in debug mode and switch back to default editor then content exists, else not.
Thus if you switch from default editor to pagebuilder, on first load no preview changes but on debug mode the preview changes gains live. Hope you like the sane @RajeebTheGreat
