* fix: handling of ghost files in submission archive

* Add valid column to the csv as an indication of error files.
* Log warning on archiving invalid files

* fixed the typo

* fixed linting

* rename column to file_found and use clone file data instead of modifying existing one

* update logging

* update logging and rename file_name to file_path

* make log more explicit
