* Added support for basic investments transaction (BUY, SELL, INCOME)

* A bit more details for trntype validation and added encoding setting

* fixed comment

* reverted test_ofx to only cover bank transaction, extracted invest-related test into separate file, added some comments

* minor codestyle

* undo changes to sample ofx file, added another one for invest transactions

* minor polishing to comments

* added fee for income to the test

* auto-format by black

* some checks for mypy

* added assert_valid for invest transactions of different types

* reverted changes to parser, adjusted float formatting
