Commit Message

Improved Zsh compatibility.

- Shell test run both in Bash and Zsh.
- Added options for both Bash and Zsh to use null globbing.
- Ensuring `cd` still succeeds when avn fails using `set -e` in Zsh.
- No longer checking args in `rvm-comat` test since Zsh doesn't pass args to `chpwd_functions` hooks (and opened mpapis/bash_zsh_support#5 to address this, but have not changed the compatibility code here yet).
