Improve build setup

Adjusts the build to a proper monorepo setup and works around
issues on Windows and Mac platforms.

- Add tool devDependencies to each package
- Use cross-platform compatible tools 
- Remove and afterwards re-add @jsonforms/core symlink from
  @jsonforms/vue(2) when building @jsonforms/vue(2)-vanilla.
  This fixes resolving issues on Windows and Mac
- Add nan dependency for Mac
